Look, I totally get it. I’m all about questions.
I’m the kind of girl who obsessively reads every page of someone’s website (probably more than once) before I decide if I’m going to work with them. I like to make informed decisions, and I LOVE details.
This page is for all of you who are like me and want to know more more more! I tried to think of all the helpful info and questions you might want to know before working together.
If I’ve missed anything, feel free to reach out and I’m happy to answer any questions at all that you might have.
Questions
-
All coaching with me begins with filling out a questionnaire so I can learn more about what you’re looking for from coaching and how I can best support you. Then we schedule a complimentary consultation so we can dig into your questionnaire and you have an opportunity to decide if I’m the right coach for you.
If you move forward with a coaching series, you’ll receive a coaching agreement to sign and then a Welcome Kit with more information to help you have the most successful coaching experience possible.
We’ll schedule our 6 or 12 sessions for every other week (most often on the same day/time, but it’s totally cool if your schedule doesn’t allow for that.)
-
I will always do my best to work with your schedule and your timezone. Please don't let scheduling concerns keep you from reaching out!
-
Yes! I actually conduct all of my sessions via Zoom! If you’re interested in hiring me to speak at an event, host a workshop or an in-person group session, please reach out and we can discuss logistics!
-
I believe in full transparency of pricing, which is why you can find the cost for each service I offer on that service’s page!
I also believe deeply in accessibility and being in service to others is one of the tenets of my business. If you know that you want to work with me, but the cost is a barrier, I invite you to gently release any embarrassment, shame, or fear of judgment, and please reach out to me. We can work out a payment plan that works for you. I also set aside a certain amount of time and space for pro bono coaching each month. I will always do my best to try to figure out a way to make coaching happen for you. It has changed my life in so many ways and I want everyone who possibly can to get to experience it as well.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Campbell University, I am a Certified Beautiful You Life Coach, and I am a Devoted Way Energy Coach.
BYCA is an ICF-accredited coaching program, which means it has been accredited by one of the main internationally recognized coaching federations.
In addition to my degree and certification, my background includes 15 years in the service industry. I’ve been a Starbucks barista, managed a million dollar salon, and had my own creative services business. I also worked as the right-hand gal (aka exec assistant) of a boutique fractional CFO and accounting firm, which allowed me to gain experience in a variety of facets of small business. All of which to say, I’ve been supporting humans for a long time in a variety of spaces and have cultivated a skillset of space holding, seeing the magic in others, and helping others achieve their biggest dreams.
Let’s talk a little bit about what coaching is and what coaching isn’t.
LIFE COACHING IS…
Sacred Space Held Just for You
Holding space for others to exist as their full selves, and helping humans feel seen is a big part of what drew me to coaching. As your coach, I honor who you are in your entirety—every joy, every challenge, every bit you think is messy, everything you’ve always thought you had to hide. All emotions, all thoughts, all fears. You can say it all here, judgment-free.
Your whole self is welcome here, always.
Powerful Questions that lead to Powerful Goal-setting that leads to Powerful Results
Through intuitive questions, we seek out what your heart & soul really wants, then transform those desires into inspiring goals. Over the course of our series, I will support you as you explore, learn, grow, play, and expand into your goals to ultimately achieve the life you’re currently yearning for.
Encouragement & Celebration
Story time: When I was in 7th grade, I played volleyball; but I’ve never been great at sports, so I won the award of “Team Cheerleader.” Because despite always being on the bench, I was also the loudest person on the bench.
Basically, I’ve always been destined to be the #1 fangirl of everyone around me. That includes you. I will champion you, I will challenge you to recognize your every accomplishment, and I will possibly even get a little moist in the eyes when you have major aha moments and achieve everything you’ve set out to achieve.
LIFE COACHING IS NOT…
Coaching is NOT Therapy
This is super important and a common misconception by folks who don’t know much about coaching. Therapy or Counseling is about supporting humans with mental health/mental illness, with processing the past or present, trauma work, and mental/emotional healing. Coaching is action-oriented and focuses on moving from where you are in the present to where you want to be in the future. Mindset shifts and aha moments during coaching can be healing, and there is similarity in that you will be challenged to expand and grow; however, we will never delve into the past, and coaching is not to be undertaken if you are experiencing mental or emotional unwellness.
If you want to know more about the differences or which might be most supportive for you, feel free to reach out.
Advice or Being Told What to Do
I’ve seen this misconception quite a bit, too—that life coaches are just people who tell you what to do or how to live. That life coaches can magically give you the answer you’re looking for. The real truth is that you already have the answer you’re looking for. What life coaches actually do is support you on the path to uncovering those answers within. Helping you tap into your inner widsom and access the divine knowledge that already exists in your heart. You don’t need to be told what to do. (I promise. Even if you currently feel totally lost.) Part of what I love about coaching is helping you connect deeper to yourself and begin to realize that you already know what you really want, you just may not have recognized or admitted it to yourself yet.
A Quick Fix
I hope this isn’t breaking news, but—there’s no quick fix to anything in life. Coaching isn’t going to magically change everything for you overnight. But what it WILL do is provide the space and safety to explore what you need (and what you already have within) to achieve all the changes you do want for yourself and your life. When you choose to invest in yourself, significant transformation CAN happen pretty quickly. It’s all about how you choose to focus your time and energy and how deeply you’re willing to lean into the process.
