In 2023 I had the opportunity to speak at an International Event for theBeautiful You Coaching Academy on the topic of Sacred Self-Worth and Belonging and I knew instantly that it was an experience I wanted to repeat. I believe so passionately in the work that I do supporting humans to feel at home in themselves and to move through the world grounded in their identity, confidence, and inner wisdom and the opportunity to speak on these life-changing topics moves and inspires me.
I am seeking opportunities to speak on the following topics, and of course, am always open to curating a talk or workshop for your group, company, or community.

Stop & Smell the Coffee: a Talk & Coffee Tasting Experience
Like so many of us, I have a deep love for all things coffee. In this talk I blend my years of experience as a barista with my passion for connection (both self & community). The talk focuses on the importance of slowing down, being present in the moment, and fostering the connection in our lives. The experience of a coffee tasting, which engages the senses, is actually an excellent practice in grounding and being present.
If you’re looking for an event for your workplace that’s engaging and shakes things up from the average “talk”, a community gathering experience to bring folks together, or a way to foster deeper community bonds at your own coffee shop, this is for you.
